These terms are an agreement between you and SAMAWATT SA, Route de Crassier 7, 1262 Eysins, Switzerland. They govern your use of http://127.0.0.1:3000 and everything published on it.
They do not govern our trading, forecasting or optimisation services. Those are provided only under a separately negotiated and signed service agreement. Some pages display electricity market data from external sources, including the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform, Bundesnetzagentur | SMARD.de and Fraunhofer ISE, the latter published under CC BY 4.0. That data belongs to its providers and remains subject to their own terms and licences.
Market data is shown for information only. It may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable, and we give no warranty as to its accuracy or timeliness. Do not rely on it for trading decisions.
